Denticulata Fuchsia-I bought a plant last year and had flowered lastyear but not grown this year at all -still in dry ondition

You say still in dry condition, have you been watering it? As another thought did it get badly frosted this winter, if so that is likely to have killed it as is frost tender

Do you mean by 'dry condition' no signs of life yet? It is probably dead because it should be in leaf by now. Even hardy fuchsias can get killed off in the winter if they are not given protective mulch. What a harsh winter it was!
