Soft woody stem,each stem node give three leaves nearly spaced at 120<¤,rose like pink flower but give no seeds(atleast i'nt seen),water deficiency tolerant.

I don't know but on site what springs to mind are the shrubs you sea planted all along the roadsides in Spain, I think they are called Nerium Oleander Any one out there familiar with Spain and their common shrubs might put a light on it. There are numerous cultivars raised some single and some double and they come in varioius colours.
