Why have our jasmine failed to flower

Our two potted jasmine flowered well in their first season but for the last two years have produced nothing. They were wintered in the unheated green house, and have been kept well watered.The foliage is reasonably healthy, although some browning of leaves is apparent. Help!

have you added fresh compost or a general feed? they sound as if they need a good feed. any of the spray/water in ones or you can buy osmacote pellets to add to the soil.
