What are these plants?

We were given some pots with shoots already in them, but I have no idea what the plants are. I've taken some photos, can anyone help me identify them? I can only add one photo to each post so I'll have to make several posts with a diffrent photo I think. Thanks in advance.

One of the willow herbs by the looks of it - a weed.

That would certainly explain how they got in my herb pots too. We had some rosebay willow herb last year that went to seed and the little fluffy seeds went everywhere. Including next door (where we got the pots from).
