Thanks for the possible reasons (slugs) submitter re. my lupins, which didn't come up this year.
I honestly didn't notice any slugs in my garden . . .
Also, will my lupins come up next year, or is this the end for them ??

If there is anything showing above ground - put some slug pellets down now (or whatever you use out there) and you might even get some growth this year and more flowers next year.
