What time of the season does blood good japenese bloom

By Juan

United States Us

I bought one last year and it is just budding at the bottom this year

On plant blood good japenese maple

The flowers on the red acer palmatum are totally insignificant... the tree/shrub is grow for its foliage. Mine are all in full leaf already - where do you have yours in the garden?

I'm not sure where in the States you live, and how cold your winters are. I am in the UK in Scotland and my main bloodgood (which is in a pot) is in full leaf.

A second blood good I had became damaged and has sent out a small stem from the base with a couple of leaves. I am hoping it will eventually re-establish itself.

I think this tree grows in USDA zones 5 - 8.

How do I say thanks?
