It depends which hybrid you are asking about. Some stay fairly small others can be over 2 metres in height, so a name please.

Yes keep potting up every few years it looks like it is out pacing its old one. Add new ericaceous soil and feed every year. It is slow growing and does not get as large as ofter rhod's.
