What is this plant

We moved to a new house and this plant (from bulbs) is growing profusely but we don't know what it is. Can anyone help and let me know?

they come in two sizes too. I have a short one as well as the tall version. I also have white as well as blue. Mine are only in bud at the moment.

There are three species, leichtlinii, cuisickii and esculenta, plus a few forms with either darker or lighter flowers. There is a white one form too. The one you have is most likeky C. leichtlinii.
C. esculenta has an edible bulb.
