Need info on care of jasminium either auriculatum or parkeri

Have a jasmine growing in garden that looks like pictures of auriculatum or parkeri. It is at least 7 feet tall and not blooming except a little at the base where it looks like new growth. Need help knowing how to care/feed/trim this healthy looking plant we have in Florida.

At 7 feet tall it certainly is not J. parkeri. That only reaches 1 foot and very slowly at that!
