This holly looking tree has appeared in my hedge can someone tell me what it is, it has holly leaves but this bright yellow flower

I think it is Mahonia Aquifolium or Oregon Grape. Is there a larger one nearby as they do sucker and spread quite vigorously.

This is self seeded and is not true. I have one that came from nowhere and is a marvellous specimen now.

It's a Mahonia, self seeded, transplant it in the Autumn.
