Such a gorgous day today been tidying up the garden and planning wht im going to do this year again....got a question, Can I grow a clematis Miss Bateman in a pot? Ive got one in the garden and it comes lovely year after year but not sure if I can grow one in a container.

Clematis have big root systems and, although you do get patio varieties for pots, Miss Bateman is a big one and would be unhappy in a pot. Lovely clematis, that.
