I always ask why do you want to prune :

Too large
Growing out of shape

This variety is grown only for its foliage as the flowers are so tiny .

You have to be careful pruning as do it to hard and the plant will sulk and die .

I would leave a little while longer before yout pruneonly to tidy it up nothing else plus its not that old

I too would advise against pruning a young hebe
