Hi
I just moved into a new property and there's a plant, that goes all along the fence (quite a lot of it) and i'm not sure what it is. Please could someone have a look and ket me know.

If it is borage, the leaves should smell like cucumber when broken. It's a great bee magnet, but gets very large.

Depends which borage it is, Wylieinthe... but it's most likely B. officinalis, which gets about 80 cm, so not really 'very large'.

Thanks for your answers, it does smell like cucumber so it probably is a type of borage.

If it is borage, it should have pretty blue flowers which you can use in your Pimms in the summer! Make sure it is borage first though.

If the leaves are slightly unpleasant to touch (rough on the fingers) it looks like a borage of some kind.
