Non Flowering Magnolia grandiflora galissoniere

have two Magnolia trees approx 5 ft tall neither of which have flowered since planting. Leaves are glossy and brown hairs underneath so i do believe that they are Magnolias. any ideas?

Well if it is Magnolia grandiflora then you may have a long wait. They do not normally flower until mature and that can take from 12 years old and upwards.
