I have found hardwood cuttings with a heel and lower leaves removed, taken in Autumn in ground under a frame or cloche or in a poly tunnel will eventually root. Taken earlier they need more care and attention. Try from now on , you may be lucky.with younger shoots.. in heat with growth hormone.
