The light green one is a variegated form of Elephant's Food (Portulacaria afra). It's a little harder to tell about the red one, but it looks like a species of Kalanchoe...Hmm, looks like it will take a while to look it up. If I'm lucky, I'll see one at work tomorrow, and remind myself of the species! : )
