Last year we had more slugs than I had ever seen before, and this year hardly any - Poor Beattie, they must have all migrated to Cornwall. Sorry about that.

Visited a friend te other day with just this same problem, and very upset that her gorgeous lobelia appeared to be giving up the ghost with white bare patches up stem--found huge snails nestled at base....!
