I agree.Make sure they are completely dried out before you store them,and keep checking for mould,just like you do with Dahlia tubers..good luck,as they are well worth it,and will last for a few years..if they get too big,eventually,you can cut the tuber into smaller sections,and have lots more..

You can half bury the tubers in a tray of dry compost or sand, somewhere where mice can't get at them!

I think you let the leaves die down and then leave the tuber in a dry cool place til next spring when you can begin the growing process again. It's a long time since I grew these but I think that is essentially what you do.
