i have two pepper trees next to each other with fruit the leaves on one is drooping and dying the other seems ok

pepper leaves are still green but are wilting

Where in the US are you? Are these outdoors, in a greenhouse? Are they in pots? It sounds like a case of not enough water, but could be a lot of other things. Check for white fly on the underside of the leaves and dig about 1/2 inch down into the soil and see if it is too dry or wet. Also try to notice any other things that might be affecting it, ie. too close to a heater, pet bothering it. If they are outdoors it could be low temps or winds also!
