Rhubarb

I have recently inherited some rhubarb roots. Not knowing where to put them, next year. Is it poss, to put in a temporary spot to over winter ?

You  should  get  a  very  large  pot  to  plant  your  rhubarb  in  and  a  pot  the  same size  inverted  over  the  top  will  bring  on  the  rhubarb  early.The  crowns  can then  be  planted  as  they  are  from  the  pot  next  autumn.

It also likes an area which has been treated to some well-rotted manure.
