Hi,
I have little tiny white moth type flies that are eating all my green leaves i.e chard, pak choi etc.they leave a thin white cobwebby deposit under the leaves.I have tried spraying whith soapy water and neem oil but to no avail.
Any suggestions.I would prefer to use a natural remedy.
Thanks

Where are you in the world Carol? Moths do not eat the leaves of plants there are flies that suck the sap leaving them looking thin and whitish in places.
