Can you use the branches of cupressus leylandii which have been shredded, to mulch or to make compost

Hi Gmccrak, welcome to GOY.
You can in the back of a large shrubbery.
I usually let it sweat and turn it till the heat is out of it.
After applying it to a bed with large shrubs, water with a solution of Armillatox, 10mls. to 5litres.
