How long after the flowers appear does the runner bean start to grow?

Also my tomatoes are growing extremely well but I can't remember how much further after the flower part you can stop them.

At present I have some sweetcorn growing in flowerpots but they are now too big can they go into grow bags or should I just out them in biggger pots?

Same with Cucumber CAN i PLANT THEM STRAIGHT IN THE SOIL NOW OR IS IT TOO LATE/. i DON'T HAVE ANY ROOM LEFT IN GRREN HOUSE AS FUKLL OF TOMATOES SWEETCORN FLOWER AND PEEPER SEEDS.

please can anyone advise as i need to get this sorted before my work takes over again and mi can't get much time to go in the garden.

Thank you
Aina

Runner bean - as soon as they have been pollinated!you will see a small curved pod grow. Sometimes the first flush of flowers dont 'set', be patient and let the bees do their work.Feed and water too.

Toms - side shoots may need nipping out.

Sweetcorn need to grow in blocks so that they can fertilise each other. Try and grow in big grow bags if you have no large space in the ground, with 4 to 6 plants together.Best in the ground tho.

Cucumber-some varieties are fine outside and its ok now as you are in the southern half of UK. They will need some support and lots of water and feed once a week.
