As it self seeds everywhere, I imagine it will be easy. Put seeds on damp compost and step back quickly. That should do it! :-)
The Centranthus round here isn't seeding yet. Are you making plans for when the seed is ready? Wait til it's fluffy and ready to float away before collecting it, then sow while it's fresh.
