Agapanthus seed
~ I took what i thought was the seed from my deep blue Agapanthus but is on fact only the seed pod as my white one is now distributing small black seed everywhere-had about a dozen flowers on the white one and have let them go to seed as will be doing a necessary repot .PLease say if anyone wants some!
What I want to know is will the green seed pods from my deep blue one eventually split or have I ruined it by cutting them off too early-did not realise it would take so long!

It would certainly be worth keeping them ,say on a sunny windowsill to dry off.I suppose it will depend on how mature the seed was when you detached the pod as to wether it is viable but worth giving it a go.Good luck
