give it a sequistrine tonic specially formulated for camellias and rhododendrons. top dress with ericaceous compost too.

Where's it growing? Does it get early morning sun in Winter where it is? Is it in a pot?

Wrong soil, test your soils ph level and plant it into acid soil.
