We have bought a lovely arch for the top of our garden path, but the only problem we have, is that it will be in semishade, so i have no idea what is the best climber to buy for it. Is there anything you can suggest that will flower from the base and all the way up, and be fragrant and long flowering as well - if all that is possible?? thanks again in advance.

Cant think of one plant for all things, but you could plant winter flowering clematis with a rose for later in the year and perhaps a honeysuckle too, depeneding on size of plot.
