Average warmth, bright light in winter.Will not tolerate draughts. Let soil surface dry out before watering. Wash leaves occasionally. Do be careful with the sap, its common name is the 'Dumb Cane' as it will do nasties to your mouth and throat should you get sap via your fingers to your mouth.

Hi again - this one is a Dieffenbachia picta, - watch out for the sap in the leaves it can cause quite a narsty rash!
