I have two large fig trees under glass in an unheated greenhouse. Last year I gave them a huge prune in the spring and this year they didn't have one fig on them when should I prune them. They are covered with tiny figs on them at the moment. Also do I put some manure on them

Hard pruning should be done in mid winter, when the plant is dormant, not spring, but I've got mixed info about this anyway - apparently, the RHS website has some useful information about training and pruning of figs - rhs.org.uk if you want to check.
