Hi, I have some late flowering chrysanthemums about 12" high in pots and in a greenhouse,now from the base of the plant there are a few shoots about 2" long can these be taken off and replanted ? Im only a novis

No, not at this time of year. Cuttings are normally taken in the spring, or slightly earlier if you have a heated greenhouse or propagator.
