Hi all, would like to know if anyone has ever grown a laburnum as a standard similar to roses etc., I have a seeding that is about 3ft high now with no side branches and would like to try to grow it on in a pot as a standard if possible?

it is possible but it will become very big unless you keep it well pruned. I have seen them in garden centres .
