perfectly ok. Harvest undamaged fruit, rinse under cold water & keep cool & dry.

Even if damaged you can use them, just cut them up and cook, yumm.

I use my windfall apples in chutney with green tomatoes and exess courgettes it is a good way to reduce waste and is exellent with cold cuts or cheese in winter
