DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE NAME OF THIS PLANT. (NOT THE MARIGOLDS) IT HAS LIGHT GREEN LEAVES AND IS ABOUT 16" TALL. IT HAS DARK GREEN SPLASHES ALL UP THE STEM.

Assuming the flower at the top has nothing to do with the plant then it is Sauromatum venustum, the Voodoo Lily though not a lily, it is related to Arisaemas, Arums and Calla.

looks a bit like a bizzy lizzie, but I don,t regonise the stem
