Have just moved, this 'bush' is overwhelming my rose bush. Can anyone tell me what it is? It twines around everything, had some very tiny pink flowers a month ago.

Today....'in search of a rose'

Looks suspiciously like one of the Jasmines; if it had actual pink flowers rather than just pink buds opening white, its probably Jasmine stephanense. Its a twining climber with an ultimate height 4-8 metres, and a lovely plant in the right place, climbing up a support like a trellis. As it is, you're probably going to have to decide whether you want the Jasmine or the rose...

Thank you, just as I thought, must make a choice! It's about 7 feet tall ( 2.1 meters) Having said that it drooped almost to the ground. It had very tiny 5 petalled pink flowers.

Flowers are fairly small, with five petals, with a tube, meaning like tiny trumpets, but google Jasmine stephanense for images to make sure. It would have drooped downwards, because it doesn't have any support for its longer growths.

How do I say thanks?
