Our Paulownia flowered as it did last year but now many of the leaves are droopy as if its poorly and we don't know why. this happened last year as well but it did revitalise itself again this year until now. Any ideas as to cause

On plant Paulownia tomentosa

Are you far enough south to be affected by the drought? You might need to compost the soil around it, so it holds water better, and give it a good soak.
