I can't quite see into the flowers,but judging by the leaves as well as what I can see of the flowers, its a Malva variety, possibly Malva mauritiana

Yes, im pretty sure its Malva 'Windsor Castle' as I've grown this plant from seed for years now. Its a hardy perennial, but as its so easy from seed, and as it flops over so readily, I treat mine as annuals and start from scratch every year. The bees adore ot!
