You can dig them up and split the clump and replant either in autumn or spring. As for the lily beetle (for that is what you're describing) I've heard tell that Provado has a spray treatment for them, no idea if it works, but otherwise, you just have to stealthily examine the stems and leaves daily and pick them off and kill them.
