Hi Bchoudhury and welcome to GoY, Taraxacum officinale is the common dandelion and I don't know of any gardener who willingly grows it in their garden! I would call it a roadside and field weed pretty though it is. Some folk collect the young leaves in spring to eat as a salad. It is also a diuretic.

This is a plant which is not uncommon, and you should be able to find one at a reputable Nursery.
