My hydrangea is 3 yrs and has always had large deep pink flowers. This year they are very small and turn brown after a week. Please could you advice?

Dont forget that hydrangea dont produced flowers, they are called bracts which is colour leaves. Lots of moisture and feeding is vital at this stage to much rain fall sometimes causes the bract to decay and develop botris which is grey mould.

It needs more water...my garden is really suffering from lack of rain....
