Why do I only get male flowers on my Antalya F1 Melons
grown in a greenhouse, the same thing happened last year.

Might be too short a growing season with the correct temperatures - melons do have a tendency to produce all male flowers initially, and the female flowers arrive later, often on sideshoots. If the growing season is cool and short, they may not have time to produce the female flowers before its too late.
