I have inherited a primula from a deceased relative. It is a multi-headed white primrose having formed an attractive clump of grey-green leaves.About 12 inches high. Can you please tell me what it is?

Do you mean whorls of flowers up the stem or many flowers in a clump on one stem? May be an auricula type if the second.
