What may be celery,is darker green than shop celery also is very fibrous and is in single stalks,with much leafy growth,why does it look so different,and can i eat all of it?

Just a thought - if celery isn't earthed up it will be green and stringy. But without a photo can't really get any further. Does it smell like celery? Taste a bit - you can always spit it out and rinse your mouth out if you find it tasted quite different. I have seen a fungus expert test poisonous toadstools like that!!!

I planted rocket. the seeds must have been celery, wrongly packed,slugs dont like it,I ate some and didnt die.....yet. Thank you.
