It is indeed a Campanula, C. Pink Octopus. We used to have it, but sadly it failed to thrive.

thanks for that i find most campanulas i buy at fairs never come thru the next year that are very finicky i think i will try this in a pot this time if i plant it out it will just disappear ....now read up about it and its a spreading plant up to 2ft and like dry partial shade its a woodland plant they have them quite cheap on e-bay

Wow, O. If I had answered first I would have said no and that there are two plants in the pot. I have not seen this before.

yeah i did think that also 2 plants growing together as leaves on top of plant appear different hope i dont lose this one!
