bought some tulips last year but failed to plant them.
should i plant them now or wait until autumn?
they are shooting in the packet

yes I agree plant now and dont bury all the folliage. then if you want to keep them feed them after flowering. let them die back and all being well they will grow next year, though they may not flower.
