hi i live in a 8 floor flat which doe's have a small balcony. this only gets the sun until 10 ish each morning. i have tried flowers which have been ok, but now iam trying veg. i have a tomatoe plant been plant an some rocket sald, hoping this works any other that you might think would work with minimum sun ??

Peppers and eggplants might work in that exposure, as should most leaf lettuces. Maybe mustard greens, and broccoli de raab. Many herbs will like that, too, such as basil, parsley, savory, mint, and marjorum.
