my brugmansia is an apricot queen! She stands at seven feet tall and has two main brances. Exactly where should I trim her down to before I bring her in?

The book says it can be cut very low to a framework of just two or three buds per stem in early spring. Maybe reduce it by half to bring it indoors and then right back at the correct time

I agree with AndrewR but to me it looks as though it needs potting on at the same time.
