This question is on brugmansia or angles trumpet
a friend has daytoras and they are droping a lot of leafs.

I think that this 'summer' has been too cold for some exotic plants and they are showing their disgust! Try to move it to a warmer position or indoors. Also check the underside of the leaves for pests. I assume that you meant Datura.
