As I have several Euonymus, I think it looks like a Euonymus fortunei possibly 'Emerald Gaiety' but usually seen as bushes on the ground.

I've looked at both of your pictures of this- is it really Euonymus Emerald Gaiety? - I have just bought one of those and it's a small shrub. Looking at the closer pic, I am still not sure it is an Euonymus at all. It says on my label that in winter the leaves will be pink fringed. Maybe you'll know for sure by winter, sorry no that's not funny. Also I've never seen an Euonymus as a standard so I find this rather unusual. Hope you get a few more answers, perhaps someone can come up with a positiv reply. I am watching this space.

I still think it could be a Euonymous and they can be pink fringed mine are, and I have seen them in garden centres for sale like this.
