Can nanyone help. I get this on my sycamore. what is it and how can I get rid of it?

Looking in my pest book,these look like acer gall mite.They suck the sap.
No chemical available to gardeners is effective,apart from being unsightly they don't have any harmful effect on their host.
You can remove leaves to control then but this depends how many and how large the tree.
