You can't dooooo very much. Are they denning somewhere near you? They are very persistent once they are born nearbye. They soon suss out an empty property and start using the garden and those nearbye. There are substances said to keep them off and you could look on the internet for advice and contacts. They only left our garden when the empty property next door was occupied, and next door but one redeveloped.
